Health and Personal Care Services
We provide assistance with medication management, bathing, grooming, dressing and undressing, ambulation, incontinence care, eating, dementia/Alzheimer’s and mental illness care. Comprehensive enrichment programming to focus attention on: physical fitness, mental wellness, social connections, sensory stimulation and spirituality.
Medical Care
Coordination of physician, pharmacy, home health agency, physical therapy, lab work as well as other health care providers, all of which are available on-site, minimizing the need for outside medical appointments.
